Normally when you download the Zeplin desktop app and launch it, the Sketch plugin should be installed automatically if you have Sketch installed on your Mac. You can download the Zeplin desktop app onto your Mac here.

But if you are having some issues, download the plugin file and just double-click it. Now, there should be the “Zeplin” menu item under Sketch’s “Plugins” menu.
