You can set your profile picture from your profile on the Web app: https://app.zeplin.io/profile

Hover over your profile picture and click the “Update” button:

Zeplin also uses Gravatar to fetch your profile picture according to your email address. If you set your profile picture in Gravatar with the email you registered to Zeplin, you can see it in the app directly.
