Free and Basic Plans
Go into the Projects page and click the "Create Project" button that appears at the top right.
☝️ Only the subscription owner can create a project on the Free and Basic plans.
Advanced, Team, Organization, and Enterprise Plans
If you have an Editor role or higher and are on the Advanced, Team, Organization, or Enterprise plans, you can create a project within your workspace. First, make sure that you've selected the relevant workspace from the dropdown menu at the top left.
Starter and Growing Business Plans
On the deprecated Starter and Growing Business plans, the subscription owner can create new projects from the "Create project" button in their personal workspace.
