Authorized third-party apps using OAuth can have read and write access to your data in Zeplin.

Read permissions

Organization data

Organization members, projects, and styleguides; you grant that the app can access organization data including its members, projects, and styleguides. The member data includes usernames and emails.

Personal data

Projects and styleguides; you grant that the app can access your user information, including all of the projects and styleguides you are a member of. The user information includes username and email data.

Screens and components data

Screens and components data including images, layers, and assets; you grant that the app can access the screens and components in the projects that the app can already access. 

For example, the screens in a project belong to an organization that you are a member of. This data includes but is not limited to the screen name, tags, versions, and notes. The version data also includes images, layers, and assets.

Project and styleguide data

You grant that the app can access the project and styleguide’s colors and text styles.

You grant that the app can update project and styleguide data including names, descriptions, colors, and text-styles. An authorized app can also add new colors to projects and styleguides.

Screens data

You grant that the app can update screen descriptions.
