As there are no variants feature for components in Sketch yet, it’s not possible to export the different variants of your components automatically. But you can still export your components individually and set up the variants in Zeplin pretty quickly.

The first thing you need to do is to export components from Sketch into Zeplin. Then, you can set up Component Variants manually.
