Learn how to track what’s going on in your projects with the Project Activity feed

When you navigate to a project, you’ll notice a new “Activity” tab on the right-side panel. This view shows a timeline of user activity within the project, helping you understand what’s happening and when.

What you’ll see

Activities are displayed in chronological order and include events such as:

  • Exporting new screens

  • Updating existing screens

  • Changes to screen status

  • Being mentioned in a comment or annotation (only visible to you)

  • Joining the project (only visible to you)

When you hover over an activity, Zeplin highlights the related screens on the left, making it easier to identify which screens were affected.

💁‍♀️ Project activity is stored for up to 12 months.

Updating screen status

You can assign or update screen status directly from the Project Activities panel using the Set status option.
