With a free trial, you can use a team workspace with 25 paid seats and unlimited projects and styleguides for 30 days. No credit card is required, and you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime!
How do I start a free trial?
To get started with a free trial, you can visit Zeplin's pricing page.
If you've already an account, Zeplin will display a banner under your “Projects” page to help you start with your free trial.
How do I qualify for a free trial?
Users who are not part of an active or frozen workspace might be eligible to start a free trial.
💁♀️ If you're subscribed to the deprecated Growing Business plan or Starter plan, you might also qualify for a free trial.
Is a credit card required to start a trial?
A credit card is not required to start a trial of Zeplin. If you already have a payment method on file, you won't get charged after the trial ends. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
How can I check how many days I have left in my trial?
You can check the Billing page to see when your trial ends.
You can also click your profile icon on the top-right corner of Zeplin. In this menu, you'll see the number of days left in your free trial.
What will happen to my projects and styleguides after my trial ends?
Once your trial ends, you can access the workspace for up to 30 days. If you do not upgrade within this 30-day period, your workspace will be canceled, and your projects and styleguides will be automatically archived. You can upgrade to one of Zeplin's paid plans to continue working on them.
☝️ It's not possible to transfer ownership of a trial workspace to another user.
Can I transfer my projects while in a trial?
Projects in a personal workspace can be transferred to a free trial workspace unless the project was part of another free trial workspace in the past.
Projects in a paid plan workspace cannot be transferred to a trial workspace.
Projects and styleguides in a free trial workspace can be transferred to the Owner or another member's personal workspace (as long as it doesn't exceed the personal plan project limit). Styleguides in a free trial workspace can be transferred to your personal workspace (as long as it doesn't exceed the free plan limit of 4 styleguides).
It's not possible to transfer projects/styleguides in a trial workspace to another trial workspace.
