With this update, we’ve made it easier for you to understand and select a plan that matches the way you work. Whether you’re a freelancer, agency, a large organization, or anything in between, there’s a Zeplin plan that is designed for you.

Start anytime for $0 on the Free Plan. Gain access to all of Zeplin’s core features – design annotations, version compare, flows, and integrations to Jira, Azure DevOps, and VS Code. Limited to one project, up to 100 screens.

Select a Basic Plan to pay one flat rate for unlimited members on a project. Choose from 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 projects with up to 1000 screens per project. All members can view specs and have edit access to each project. This plan is ideal for individuals and smaller teams working with many collaborators on a time-bound project or for those who wish to bill project costs to clients and avoid incurring per-seat costs.

Select the new Advanced Plan if you need to manage teams and user limits within a shared workspace. This plan allows you to assign paid seats and implement project controls for consistent processes across many complex projects, up to 50. You can assign each user a role like Developer, Editor, or Admin, and add unlimited Reviewers for free. This plan unlocks tiered features like flow boards, forever version history, as well as unlimited screens and styleguides.

Contact Sales to upgrade to Zeplin’s Enterprise Plan for unlimited projects and advanced security and billing options. This plan includes all features and capabilities in the Advanced Plan and is ideal for organizations that need to centrally manage several projects, users, and processes from one dashboard and enable SSO, MFA, or automated user provisioning, invoiced billing (ACH), MSA, or rely on priority support.

Prior to this update, there were five Zeplin plan options to select from: Free Plan, Basic Plan, Team Plan, Org Plan, and Enterprise Plan.

We know it's more important than ever to offer clear and straightforward options for different needs since the design-to-development process varies so much across teams, budgets, and workflows. With that in mind, here’s how our new plans are designed to benefit you:

If you are a new Zeplin user, you can choose from the four Zeplin plan options listed on our pricing page.

If you are a current Zeplin Team plan or Organization plan customer, rest assured that everything on your Zeplin plan will remain the same, as you will be grandfathered into your current plan going forward. You will not lose access to your account or the functionality, access, roles, and settings you currently enjoy, and will be able to renew your subscription to the original plan.

You can see which plan you’re on from the billing page. If you’re an Advanced, Team, Organization, or Enterprise workspace member, you can access them from the account page.
