Annotations allow you to provide instructions that will remain pinned to a screen or a component, or flows—you can document how your designs should behave with descriptive GIFs/videos, reference product requirements, and even share API endpoints. The annotations can be documented in various types that are fully customizable and can be adapted to your team's needs.
Unlike Comments, Annotations are one-way only and always visible. While your team can exchange feedback and resolve issues in Comments, you can use Annotations to document requirements and design intent right within your designs.
💁♀️ You can access your Figma prototypes directly within Zeplin by adding their links to annotations. Learn more.
