Managing comments on the project dashboard

When you open a project’s dashboard, all comments added to screens across the project are listed in the right panel under the “Comments” section. This provides you a general sense of what conversations your team is having on that project and allows you to manage them from a single hub.

Clicking on a comment in the project’s right panel will take you to the associated screen on the dashboard. When you hover over a comment in the right panel, the associated screen on the dashboard will be highlighted as well.

You can filter comments by their colors or statuses, like Unread, Mentioned, Resolved, and so on, from the COMMENTS tab on the right panel. With the "By me" filter option, you can display all the comments you added. You can also filter specific comments by searching for specific keywords within comments.

You can mark all your filtered comments as read at once or one by one. If you'd like to list them by their dates, you can use the sort option near the search field.

You'll also see a comment indicator at the top left of screen thumbnails if there is any comment added to a screen. This indicator will be in blue if there are unread comments so you don’t miss any feedback.

When you select a screen from the dashboard, the comment added to that screen will be filtered on the right panel. By using smart navigation buttons on the right panel, you can directly go to the screens where you have unread comments.

Managing comments on the screen details

By default, when you open a screen, you’ll see all open comments under the “Comments" tab on the right panel.

You can use the dropdown menu at the bottom right of your screen to view open, resolved, or mentioned comments on a screen or to filter comments by their colors.

💁‍♀️ You can hide all comments on your screen by clicking the “🙉” button at the bottom right. To make them visible, click the “🙈” button again.
