You can use Tag Groups for better communication within your team about the latest updates, development progress, and collaboration in a project.

Once you have a tag on your project Dashboard, you will see the "+ Add tag group" option. When you click on it, you'll have 3 types of tag group suggestions: Default, Member, and Status.

You can use Member tags to assign project members to the screens; Status tags to track the project status of the screens; Default tags to group your screens according to your use case.

You can still create a new tag group based on your need by entering the tag group name.

Showing screen statuses on thumbnails

To see the current status of each screen on top of them, you can enable the “Show status on thumbnails” option. This way, Zeplin will show the color codes of status tags on your screen thumbnails. Currently, this feature is only available on the Mac app.

💁‍♀️ You can change the color of Status tags from the options that appear when you right-click.
