Who can use this feature?
Basic plans
Only the Owner of the subscription.
Advanced, Team, Organization, or Enterprise plans
Only members with an Admin or Owner role.
Basic plans
You can easily reactivate a canceled Basic plan subscription from the Billing tab on your Profile page. Click the "Upgrade Plan" button to reactivate the subscription by upgrading to a Basic or Advanced plan.
The plan selection window displays the available plans along with their features. At the top right, tabs let you choose between an annual or monthly billing cycle. The project boxes under the Basic plan allow you to select the project number you wish to upgrade to.
Once you've chosen the Basic or Advanced plan, you can complete the process by clicking the "Upgrade to plan" button located at the bottom of each option.
Advanced, Team, Organization, or Enterprise plans
You can easily reactivate the subscription for a canceled workspace from that workspace's Billing page. Click the "Reactivate" button on this page to reactivate the subscription by upgrading to one of the currently available plans.

Once you've chosen the Basic or Advanced plan, you can continue the process by clicking the "Upgrade to plan" button located at the bottom of each option. Next, youβll be directed to finalize your team size and payment details.

Selecting the team size
The pricing is seat-based for the Advanced plan. On the first screen, you'll be asked to select how many seats you want to subscribe for. Since you already have a workspace β even if it is suspended β Zeplin will display how many people you used paid seats for in that workspace to help you decide your team size.
What happens if I select fewer seats than my previous seat count?
If you choose fewer seats than you previously had, your existing workspace members will stay, and Zeplin will adjust their roles to match the number of seats you've selected. You can always update your workspace members' roles later.
Owner, Admin, Editor, and Developer roles take up a seat, while the Reviewer role is free of charge. When you select fewer seats, Zeplin will primarily keep the Owner's seat, keep all Admins' seats if there are available seats left, and check the rest of the paid members' last-seen dates to fill the remaining spots β those whose last seen date is close will be given priority.
Let's say you originally had 15 seats in your workspace with the Owner, 2 Admins, 4 Editors, and 8 Developers. If you want to reactivate the workspace with 5 seats, Zeplin will keep the Owner, 2 Admins, and 2 more users based on their last seen date. The roles of the remaining users will be updated to Reviewer.
Can I reactivate a canceled subscription as an Admin?
Sure! Admins can also reactivate a canceled subscription. Zeplin will keep the Owner's and your seat as the Admin, so you need to select at least 2 seats to reactivate the subscription.
Filling out the payment information
After completing the plan selection, you can continue with the payment information. You'll be asked to fill in your credit card details and billing address.
When you're done with these details and successfully pay the total amount, your plan will be updated immediately, and you can start using your projects and styleguides as before.
