The Team plan is structured for smaller teams who want to collaborate efficiently in Zeplin. It includes:
- Team workspace
- Member permissions
- 12 projects
- 12 styleguides
- Unlimited version history
- Unlimited components
- Unlimited seats, starting at $6 per seat per month
- Unlimited reviewers (free of charge)
- Jira Cloud integration
When you switch to the Team plan, your team will get their own workspace where members can access the team's projects without needing to be invited. They can browse and join workspace projects as they wish. This also means that you can simply share a link to a project, without inviting anyone manually.
You can create sections to group related projects and consolidate all your project-related resources under one roof—can also add descriptions, global syleguides, and links to sections. Check out our blog post for more details.
Workspace Members page
All team members are listed and grouped on the Workspace Members page. You can easily manage and remove members from the workspace; as well as assign them different roles so they have access to the appropriate resources. You can learn more about the roles here.
You can add members to your workspace as restricted. Restricted members can only access the projects and styleguides that they have been invited to view.
Your workspace admins can access and edit the team's shared billing information as necessary, this way this information is not tied to a personal account
The Team plan’s pricing is per-seat based. A seat is required to publish designs, access technical specs, and download assets. Viewing a project and reading/adding notes does not require a seat.
